Great products at Trader Joe’s

It has been a while since I have stepped into Trader Joe’s.  I found a few new products to share with you and one of my regular buys!

Look at these sweet potato ribbons!  They can be used as pasta, stir-fried, added to soup or casserole, or even roasted.  I sautéed them and then added a peanut sauce and topped with green onions and sprouts.  YUM!

These coconut amines are an excellent replacement for soy sauce!   Soy sauce contains gluten, is usually a go product and processed.  I’m so happy to see this product at Trader Joe’s for only $2.99!  What a deal!

My favorite regular product at Trader Joe’s is Fermented Sauerkraut.  It very good for your gut and microbiome because it helps to replenish the good bacteria and create a healthy environment and immune system.

I saw this Nutty Seedy Fruity bar and thought I would try it out! At only 12 gm Carb, 4 gm fiber, 7 gm protein, and lots of healthy fat, this bar is great for a camping trip, snack after a long run or intense training, or as an emergency meal replace for travel. It is loaded with healthy fats and clean ingredients including nuts, seeds, and coconut. I really like the taste as it is not too sweet. I will be buying more of these for sure. It would make a great snack for kids providing energy for after school activities! If you are trying to loose weight, don’t over do these as they have 360 calories per bar.
